Persons pleaded not guilty at arraignment at Greene County district court during the week ending June 20 as follows: Tre A. Wilson, 28, of Aurora, NE, criminal mischief- second degree; Daniel Joseph Tasler, 33, of Jefferson, theft- fourth degree, credit card fraud minor victim less than $10,000- three counts; and possession of marijuana; Jeremy Everitt Fister, 49, of Jefferson dependent adult abuse exploitation greater than $100 (18 counts), theft- first degree, and ongoing criminal conduct- unlawful activity; Andrea P. Martin, 48, of Kaneohe, HI, domestic abuse assault causing injury or mental illness; Gary Dean Reiher, 69, of Grand Junction, indecent exposure; and Jared Duane Roberts, 53, of Tama, operating while intoxicated. Trial dates were set for July 22 for Wilson, Martin, and Roberts; for for Aug. 18 for Fister and Reiher; and for Sept. 30 for Tasler
